Architectural Review

Note to Homeowners:
When completing your Architectural Change Application, please make sure that you include all the specific information regarding the desired architectural change, photos of what you want to use as a replacement (if available), drawings, and a copy of your plat showing where your change is going to occur.
Needed are three (3) members to the Architectural Control Committee for terms of one (1) year.

Under the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Declaration) for The Park Summit Homeowners Association, Inc. the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for administering the procedures and guidelines established by the Association to maintain the aesthetic harmony of the community.

Please be aware that, except for some types of landscaping, all modifications to the exterior appearance of your Park Summit home or lot require prior approval by the Architectural Control Committee. Additionally, many alterations may require a building permit from the City of Gaithersburg (City) and/or the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services (DPS). Determining the requirement for and obtaining permits and/or approvals from the City or DPS would be the sole responsibility of each homeowner.


The completed Architectural Change form and ALL attachments must be received in order to process your application.
