Welcome to the 2026 Pool Season!

Park Summit HOA is excited to welcome our community members, families, and neighbors to the 2026 pool season. The pool is one of our community’s most enjoyed amenities, and we look forward to another summer of relaxation, recreation, and time spent together.

The 2026 pool season will open on Saturday, May 23, 2026. As opening day approaches, residents are encouraged to review the pool access and registration information to ensure their household is ready for a smooth check-in experience.

We are Giving It Another Try! We Need You!

2027 Special Meeting: Proposed Changes to Our Governing Documents

The Board of Directors has begun preliminary planning for a Special Meeting in Summer 2027 to revisit the proposed updates to the Association’s Declaration and Bylaws. We will begin by forming two volunteer groups: a Voting Committee dedicated to help explain the proposed amendments to homeowners, and a Parking Committee to help discuss parking concerns before a parking policy can be adopted by the association.

Below is a Summary of the Proposed Amendments You will be Voting on:

• Allow the Homeowners Association to address parking issues within the community.
• Allow the Homeowners Association to impose sanctions against homeowners who violate rules and regulations.
• Allow the Board of Directors to establish reasonable annual assessments to address the financial needs of the Association.
• Allow the Homeowners Association to ensure all architectural change requests are approved by the committee and that the Board of Directors approves all rule changes.

Voting Ends: 2027 Special Meeting – Summer 2027

Council of the Communities

The Mayor & City Council are excited to connect with you through our Council in the Communities meetings. These gatherings take place in local schools or community centers, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet elected officials and representatives from essential City departments.
